1st OPTION - Keychain SAK or little folder (small blade) + SAK or folder (big blade) (or MULTITOOL)

2 nd OPTION - SAK or folder(or MULTITOOL) with 2 blades (small + big)

3rd OPTION - Keychain SAK or little folder (small blade) + SAK or folder (2 blades) (or MULTITOOL 2 blades)

I like the Keychain SAK as a back up and because I have a sheeply option before getting out a bigger SAK

But some people would prefer 1 only SAK

In my country you can be fined for each knife you have, and get confiscated all of them if you haven´t a justified reason to carry them (for example: Going camping or to cut your breakfast or an apple)

And yes, even with a Vic Classic

So 2 SAK = 2 fines

Perhaps just a MT and if you really had to have a backup, go with a Vic Classic

Daily carry is classic or Rambler with a Tinker or Hiker

I'm usually using choices 1 or 3, it just depends on if I have a Pioneer (my usual carry lately, for some reason) or a 91mm or 85mm! option.
