Using T-shank saws in a Wave large bit holder

Just got a pack similar to this:



From what I read in several threads, it's not very difficult to use these with the Wave large bit holder, right? I'll try to see what is needed for these to hold on and work properly. If anyone already has some tips on how to do it, I'll appreciate it.
