1) Get rid of the silly lanyard ring and the waste-of-space spacer alongside it.2) Swap the scissors out of handle A and put it in handle B where the lanyard ring and spacer were.3) Insert sheepsfoot blade (or diamond file blade!) or whatever the heck into spot vacated by scissors.
