Spirit packaging

Just received a Spirit (no sheath) from Amazon. Was expecting a box but got bubble wrap and a zip lock bag.... Was wondering if this is unusual or not?

Definitely suspect. From Amazon or a seller on Amazon? It ought to come in official packaging if it's new from Amazon themselves. All mine have come in boxes that look like this:

That looks like it's from the Amazon Warehouse - where returned items go to be resold at a discount.
I've scored a few good things from there - as well as totally wrong items which had to be sent back again.
Sometimes you get a box, sometimes you don't.

But if you paid the full retail price for that, or thought it was 100% new, then no, it's not supposed to look like that. Box is definitely missing. As is the fold out guide on how to operate the tin opener.

Thanks guy's, that what I thought. It came directly from Amazon and was not marked as a warehouse item. Got it for just under £80 and it is in perfect condition (still 14 left in stock!!).

All in all a bit strange..........
