I've been without internet for a week and a bit and I come back to this.

It REALLY pisses me off as MTO was the reason I even got a Phartbucket membership/profile/thingy.

Now all my threads about modding and other cool shit are fuxxored.

I put quite a bit of time into some of those, especially the How-To's.

Well I'm not going to be held to ransom. I'll be downloading and deleting my library and leaving one single pic of me giving them the finger. Asshats

I had moved away from them to Flickr a while back because PB was always such a PITA to use. But I can't face going back and trying to repair my threads.

I know the feeling mate  ::).

Is there a simple way to copy or download my photobucket library to my pc, or even better, another site like Flickr or Imgur ?   Or can it only be copied one pic at a time ...
Seriously buddy?
They smurfed you all and you expect them to just download all your pics in just a few clicks?

One at a time, continuing their absolute douchebagism.

Go Photogate!

You can download your pics by album,SmurfBucket zips your pics up and you can then download the zipped album as a whole.

(Image removed from quote.)

Still :twak: SmurfBucket!

I was trying that last night and it kept coming up with an error message. "Something has gone wrong, let's try that again"

edit - Still doesn't work.  Either everybody is trying and smurfing the system or they have knobbled it deliberately.

Nope that wont work anymore.  Also pointless if you have 100s of albums like I did.  I used that chrome extension I posted awhile back in this thread to get my pics.  It was the only thing that worked for me.

Yeah the download album doesn't work, I'm sure they disabled it anticipating the mass exodus.

So the only option is to save each image individually?

I dont know if its any better than the alternatives, but what Ive been using for pics lately is vgy.me  I signed up for about 4 diff ones and ended up going with this one just because I found it to be the most simple.

All my photos are on my hard drive anyway. I just used Photobucket to host for this forum, not as an off-site photo storage. I don't like the idea of storing my stuff online only.

It was still there, but it didn't work anymore when I tried it.  Always kept giving the same annoying message that something went wrong ...

I also have most of my pics stored on portable harddrives (two, so I always have copies), but I just hoped I could pull them of photobucket to my computer (or directly to Imgur ...  :P).

They seem to have broken that download function.    Luckily I got most of mine downloaded a couple of weeks ago when it was still working.

Sure it's "broken", they sure didn't just do that to screw with the huge number of people leaving them...  ::)

The annoying other side of the coin is that Imgur won't allow for image uploads from their mobile site any longer, and want you to use the app, of which it is 1.) not compatible with my phone, and 2.) I'm not downloading a damn app just to do the same function the website used to fulfill.

I'm still uploading on the mobile website.  :pok:
When you press on the upload button, you are shown an ad for the app right? Just press X in the upper right corner, it's easy, and you get to the upload screen that you wanted.  :tu:
I don't mind it, considering that there are no intrusive ads anywhere else on the mobile site.
