You can also do as I did, get a MP600 Pro Scout, blunt it with a Dremel and you'll have great cutters, excellent flipping action tool,
strong and really solid plier head, excellent saw blade exchanger and an extremely nice pair of scissors

tough as nails, I wouldn't worry about hammering with it, the MP600s are known for their AK-47 like reliability. Not a OHO blade, but very sharp and quick enough for most tasks.
My toys:

MTs: Surge (2x), Skeletool CX, Rebar, Blast, Fuse, Micra, Squirt (3x), Wave, Crunch, Mini, Spirit (2x), Pro Scout, MP700 (2x), Diesel, Powerlock, PowerPlier (2x), PocketPowerPlier, Blacktip , ST6 (2x), 5WR, A100

SAKs: Bantam, Executive, Ambassador, Minichamp, Classic Alox, Champion, Farmer, Explorer, Swisschamp, Golf Tool, Wenger Champ, EVO 52, Pocket Tool Chest

I really like mine, but I have done some mods to it. I also have MP600 and a CenterDrive and the MP600 blunt nose (noncarbide cutters). The MP600 is almost bomb proof. The Diesel is a good tool, just not as durable in my opinion.
BUCK: X-Tract, 360
GERBER: Clutch, Shortcut, Dime*, DimE*, Octane & Crucial FAST
MP600 NN, CentreDrive, Grappler

Crunch, MTO Style CS, Sideclip, BO Kick*
