GAK, knockoff or legit?

GAK, knockoff or legit?

I'm looking at a German Army Knife.

The only blade mark I see is a black eagle, on both sides of the blade. Is it legitimate or a knock-off?

My guess is fake.

It's one of the knockoffs made recently.
