I sharpened mine as well, but I wasn't as smart about it as you, so I shrarpened the edge all the way. :) Although as I recall I was able to open a bottle with it without any difficulty. Maybe I'll test that again in this challenge.

Not a bad job at all, it might be a bit too sharp and therefore catching on the outer side of the can sometimes?

I had no problem like that and it wasn't hard or anything, just not as smooth, quick and "elegant" as the other openers I mentioned.

Wow, I makes me want to try my can opener soon. Will do it this week by getting a canned meal for lunch

---

For Day 14,

Posted a pic of my current carry as it's the first day of a month long gun ban in the country due to incoming elections. Even knives are currently strictly prohibited

Day 10

Today I did not use the Juice for anything, so I thought I'll just show how and where I carry it when I do.

As I bought it used off of eBay it came without the original leather pouch, so I use a cheap old little nylon pouch, you know, the type that you get with cheap tools - mine actually came with a half-decent Vic Cybertool 34 knockoff I bought at a hardware store about 15 years ago. (It was the bee's knees and the dog's smurf for me back then :D)

As you can see, it has a belt loop on the back, so belt carry is definitely an option, although I never actually carried it that way, the Juice - inside its pouch - sits in either of my messenger bags in a pocket or, in the one with the orange lining stuck in a seatbet-type strap with rubber band loops sewn on one side.

There. That was my little show and tell for today. :)

They like to ban a lot of things here, I'm afraid. I usually avoid places where I might get frisked unnecessarily, Poncho

For my Day 15, S2 helped me open my latest Ganzo, the F7611! It took more than 2 months for this to arrive that I reported it lost and supplier shipped me another one. 2 days later, this showed in the local post office.  Supplier then offered me the 2nd F7611 at 50% off if and when it arrives

Day 11

Saw demonstration. This time I only did for the challenge, but previously has used the Juice's saw on plant support sticks and also for cutting off small branches from the christmas tree. This here was a piece of old, dried pine, the whole process took about a good minute and required moderate effort. The saw hung up 3-4 times, but it wasn't hard work in any sense. In my view this task is around the upper limit of what you should use the Juice's saw for, but this is already quite something from a tool this compact.

Wow. Good to know that in a pinch--with no other more capable saw--it can do it!  :tu:

Day 01.

As promised to my good friend, an0nemus, I am joining his challenge. But I will only do a 7 day challenge as I am traveling to China soon and I am not sure of their knife carry laws there so I would have to leave my Juice at home.

Anyway Day 1, I have carried my Juice C2 together with my small EDC flashlight and a small massage stick (aka kubaton too). As part of the challenge--i am not carrying any other MT even a SAK on me or in my bag. Only Juice C2 in my pocket and these 2 other items (not redundant with the C2 tools).

I started Day 1 immediately missing the scissors of my SAk, my most used tool in the office. But the razor sharp blade of the Juice C2 can ably do the job well. Damn this blade cuts through that paper coffee packets like cheese! I like the blade already. Hehe.

Here are some photos of Day 01.

Nice work, guys.  :tu:
Thanks, Nix!

For my Day 12, it's extra special as I just received Jaya's GAW! And he wrapped them so well that my S2 enjoyed the unpacking a lot!

Thank you again, Jaya and MTO!

One is already on a bag while the smaller one is still looking for a new cap, jacket or bag to stick on to

You selling those or really careful about your own safety when outside the door?

Edit : now I saw, group buy. How it's the legality of those , wouldn't they be seen as like "brass knuckles"by police. If you're American then ofc never mind me but EU is generally stricter, hence my question

Day 12

Nothing interesting, but used the Juice's scissors to cut open a pack of baking soda, as they left off the pre-cut tearing point (or it's just manufactured that way).

Also: Welcome MrWilson!  :salute:

Day 02

Nothing much for today. Just slicing an orange for breakfast, knife is very sharp. Orange cutting and fruit peeling is one of the many daily tasks that I usually use my EDC SAK. I am happy that the Juice did not disappoint me in these tasks, making this a good EDC option for me.

Yup, group buy and it's a hit among other members

Right now there's no legal prohibition against it as it's not even legally recognized. It's not brass, and it's not knuckles.

It can be claimed that it's for acupressure purpose also

Here's another pose

For my Day 17, the S2 continues with its regular service of cutting delivery invoices

I'm happy to note that after hundreds of these, the blade remains sharp!

Day 03

Sought the help of my Juice to cut open the package today. It helped me using the pliers also remove the old worn out watch band. My Suunto Ambit 3 now has a new silicone band. I hope this band will survive the running and swimming and the outdoors too.

Last night I used the Juice can opener to open a can. Its very difficult to use. Like others here, I need to sharpen the tip to cut/pinch a hole in the can. I wonder if Letherman designed this to be a can opener or just a cap lifter only.

Nothing much today. I used my Juice for opening coffee sachets and wafer for a snack in the office. I really like the blade at it cuts through the package. I also used the mini screwdriver to tighten my eye glasses.
