If it helps, I have been using mine a fair bit and have seen no weakening weakening of the springs so far. :)

As far as I am aware it’s only
the PAD that had a weak spring  :think: :tu:

update
Checking the tracking for the PAD today
And the MT is now in the UK
At the moment it’s at Parcelforce Customs 
The tracking now says: Customs charges raised
Which means we have charged you 20% + handling charges
I don’t know how much I would have to pay yet
As I now have to wait for a letter with a reference number 
Before I can even pay the charges  or how much :rant:

Customs is hopefully sorted out now

I emailed Chris earlier and told him what has happened
And he is looking into rectifying the Charge
So far I am really impressed with the after service of SOG
As I have already said before all companies
Can have teething problems with new models
And it’s how they treat you when
things go wrong that’s important to me

I think the PowerAccess/Access Deluxe and PowerPint would be excellent tools with a few adjustments and a proper file.

Update
I finally got my replacement PAD today  :mail: :woohoo:
So far it’s all working as it should
But I will have a good play with the PAD today
And check everything works properly on this MT :tu:

I want to give a big thanks to Grant for
getting in touch with SOG about this problem  :cheers:

And to Chris@SOG for helping me
with the postage and sending me a replacement  :cheers:

As I have said before
All companies can have teething problems with a new model
it’s how they look after you when things go wrong that’s important
I can’t fault SOG for their customer services  :hatsoff:

Now I’m just interested to do the challenge on the 1st of June
And see how the PAD will hold up for the challenge
