:cheers: Thanks and thanks, Ray!  That black spring means it's more like '75/'76. Somewhat rare as the black spring is normally or more often found with the HSS tang. And the ones I have like this are with the stainless Hoff inlay. So it also teaches me that this overlap is a bit longer and starts a bit earlier than I thought.  :tu:
I thought you would enjoy that tang stamp and it is my only one I have come across. Great information  :hatsoff:

I can’t think of any other Vic knife that had stainless inlays *and* exposed rivets. Perhaps aside from the Pocket Pals of the same era. But I suspect those may have only gotten nickel silver shields like the other older one.
