Well I survived work and luckily I am on another late tomorrow so I haven't got to get up at 5.30 to go back.  I am hoping a decent nights sleep will at least stop all the aching.

Well I had a better night so I don't ache as much but still feel like a POS.  It's developed into a lovely cold now. 

Only 6 days to go before my next day off.

At this time of year, I consume a couple of packets of Fisherman's Friends a week at least. I prefer Victory Vs, but you only see them at some chemists these days, whereas the FFs are easily available.

I find FF helps me breath in general... I usually have some with me at all times...

You know it's the right choice though Ben. I used to bravely soldier on when I had colds, but I've learned that one day resting often saves you several. Also, going into the office and infecting everyone else, often leads to others who aren't so committed taking a week off so you have to work harder. It's a double whammy...
