Day 21

No action for the Examiner today, so just a pic of the mod with a couple of Jaffa cakes. Examining.

Day 21
Open some mail which included some flat rate boxes which will probably be used to ship some items I’m thinking about selling.

Also used to open a bag of chips.

I know I've been MIA from here for a couple days...  but I'm back with a couple pics today. We pulled the remainder of our carrots from the garden this morning, and diced them to shrink wrap and freeze for winter use. Used my SAK to cut them up. Made 1000+ cuts over the course of a couple hours. No hotspots or sore points on my hands. I do need to take the blade to my Sharpmaker tomorrow though. Also used the corkscrew to loosen a knot in nylon rope that has been outside, tied tight, since last summer. Worked great!   :D

More great pics and uses - making me hungry!

Day 22

Despite the forecast of cold & thunderstorms, it was pretty warm first thing, and a ray of sun inspired me to harvest some tomatoes before the rain does start - these are San Marzano which I’ve not tried before, tasty but they’re a bit late for outdoor growers, though thankfully no blight yet!!

Exeter - good stuff! Looks like nice weather! Max - that looks brilliant - what did you use for the liner/scales, as it’s clearly thicker than the normal liner?  :like: :like:
