I am surprised I completed this 30 day challenge, as my normal carry alternates between my Rebars and ST300s and occasionally the Wave.

The OHT feels heavy, it is thicker than a WAVE and has smaller knife blades than I like.  I also missed not having a file and also an AWL.

BUT, the OHT did handle the chores I needed when needed doing.

I am glad I participated in this challenge and have a new appreciation of my BO OHT and it’s compliment of tools.

Great job Marko for butting this together and for completing the 30 day first.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Nice use and great tool  :tu:
Thank you
Day 30 - Called into work to check pool chemical levels.  A Chemical Control blew a fuse, not feeding acid to maintain PH level.
Flat driver on OHT removed cover screws and fuse cap.  And then again in reverse.

Congrats on finishing the challenge marko and LC  :like: :like: :like: Great thoughts on the OHT as well, LC :tu: I am uploading my last pic right now and hope to have it posted and have this challenge finished as well :salute: :like:

This has been a fun challenge with you all and I am glad I participated  Also of note ( I should have mentioned this before now  :D ) This is the same OHT that Etherealicer used in the original OHT challenge a few years ago :tu: He liked it but preferred other MTs over it and decided to move it on  I was the fortunate soul that received it and have not really given it much of a chance until this challenge came around  I still think I prefer other tools to this one for much the same reason that LC outlined ;) I do miss scissors, file and an awl :ahhh The one hand aspect of the tool is nice and I do like the cutting hook :tu: but the sliding pliers design is not my cup of tea nor do I love the spring loaded pliers (they work fine but I am just not use to this and can't seem to enjoy the springyness :D ) The sliding pliers are a good design but I can never get on with them as I do butterfly opening designs and much the same reason I don't EDC a Gerber MP

Day 30

Used the hook thingy for the first time to cut some straps on a package.......

Enjoyed the challenge but looking forward to using a more traditional Leatherman in the pst challenge.
I'm with Poncho regarding the pliers, don't like the spring!
I prefer tools with a file as I use these a lot, the Phillips driver got quite a bit of use and it works very well apart from the pliers tend to slide out when using it even though I'd locked then in place! It comes undone with use!
Overall it performed very well and should get lots more use in the future....

CONGRATULATIONS EVRYONE!! :tu:
Now that I'm back in the Desert oil fields of Midland and back to reality...
Day 30

I have to echo the sentimates of others here.  Thanks marco for setting this up.  Thanks ThePeacent for my OHT, your "Pay it Forward" made this possible.  The OHT has accomplished everthing I set it to and is a capable tool.  It just doesn't excell in any area for me.  I do however like the shape of the PE blade and the design of the pliars head, just not the spring loaded feature.  After 30 days the OHT is not the tool I would choose to EDC but I certainly would rather have it than a no name brand or nothing at all.  For me this has been my first challenge that truely was a CHALLENGE.  Well done everyone and again...
CONGRATULATIONS EVRYONE!! :tu:

Thanks Poncho and thanks again marco14 for putting this together.  It's an interesting tool design worthy of respect.  Had fun stepping out of my comfort zone.
