Day 1 - New, never used Spirit.

Cutting open supply boxes, searching for AWL, opened CHISEL/WIRE CUTTER,
It did the job.

Now to locate the AWL.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

The Spirit is what a Y-Wing would look like if it built on Naboo  :D

What, by the Gungdans you mean or whatever they're called...JarJar Binky's lot?...snigger...

The Swisstool on the other hand, is the smurfing AT-AT of the multitool universe. It's an absolute tank, how I used to carry it I do not know.

Anyway...

Day 1

No uses today so far, but the Spirit has been at my side on my desk and in my backpack when I stepped out. This will be an easy challenge, at least in terms of making do with the Spirit for 30 days, as it's one of my favorite MT's along with the Rebar, most of the time I carry one or the other. EDC staples.

March 02:

No uses, but I was pleased to find that the Swisstool carried easily in the front pocket of some Carhart trousers. I had thought that I'd need to use the sheath for this challenge....but...I may try to go 'pocket carry' for a bit.

DAY ONE

SwissTool CS Kit

Carried all day and all I used it for was to open the mail when I got home.
Actually a good thing as nothing on my truck or rig needing repairing .  :tu:
Not going to lie, going from a Wave+ to this kit feels like a boat anchor on my waist. May become unnoticeable as this month progresses. Like getting use to a Surge.

Off to a GREAT START!!!
Gorgeous pics and Great uses,  looks like everyone is set to earn some badges.  :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

This is going to be a fun Challenge as these Two awlsome Teams face off, Head to Head.

Both teams are in a dead heat right now with all but one player from each team on the court and checked in for Day one.  But I have to give a slight lead to team ST in the stats for following the rules better.  I must call a foul on Mags (rule 3, no Day # ) while Nix just stepped out of bounds (Again Rule 3, still labled just not by Day #).

Day 1
Step one was to remove the Swiss Champ and Spirit from my pocket sheath and replace them with the Champion and 1998 type Swiss Tool.  I would have continued to carry the Swiss Champ but it wouldn't fit the pocket sheath with the wider Swiss Tool.

Day 1

The Spirit’s chisel tool helped open a box, then the pliers and scissors helped finish off the latest revision to the dogs paracord harness.

Definitely be watching for progress, Jnoxyd! Never thought of using nail polish, Kottskrappa - I was thinking of using Humbrol enamel as I’ve used on cycle components in the past (fond memories of Campagnolo Super Record components in the early 80s,)

Bright Red nail polish. Put it on quite thick, let it dry overnight and clean the excess off with nail polish remover.

I think the red looks fantastic and accentuate the shield perfectly.
