I've seen multiple listings for a new Marlboro troubleshooter on Ebay that have it for $45. Is this a reasonable price, or should I keep looking in other places?

If you’re looking for a ‘new’ one to use, I suggest getting one without a mint/good box or the Marlboro outer sleeve. Those can be found in the $30-$35 range shipped if you’re patient.

$45 shipped is still a bit high for a complete mint copy with mint box parts...unless you gotta have it right away. Then that would be fair shipped, IMO. Several sold under $40 shipped before taxes.
