Vickery (Their head honcho) has stated its a closed case and I am not to get it.

As a result of this I have made a formal complaint, requested a court hearing and given them the name of 14 shops that sell this legally with a view to them explaining to me why their consumer dept are allowing these "evil illegal" imports.

We shall see what their move is next.

Neeldess to say, I am not happy >:(

That's a bit of a pita to say the least mate >:(

Maybe the threat of a court case might weaken there resolve :)
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!

That Sucks  >:(  But I'm sure you are going to make him look a fool  :D  The guy who had his UKPK withheld by this Vickery bloke has had it returned because it doesn't lock  ::)  This guy really doesn't know what he's talking about does he .

It would appear that he does take things at face value.

What I will have to prove is that its not a gravity knife.  I believe it will open due to gravity BUT ALSO due to some inertia forces ie "whipping" the knife hand back and a sudden stop to open it.  If I can prove that inertia is involved then I am home free.

I will also take several samples of legally brought stuff to the court case (if they agree to one)

Would there be an example of a true gravity knife, as the law is describing, you could reference?  If you could demonstrate an appreciable difference that seems like it would be a big help to your case.

You tried your local MP Flash? He / she might not be interested, but if you start making noises about totalitarian states etc, you might get them to fire off a letter.

I used to come here a lot.

It sucks you are still having problems.  :(

What makes me laugh is that I got my Triple Action Folder through just fine as I was lucky enough not to be searched.  It didn't have a customs form on it which made all the difference.

How much you want to bet that why Vickery close the case is because he's now the OWNER of it!!! >:D
