Day 22

09/01/2021 364lbs
01/02/2021 360lbs
09/02/2021 357.4lbs
15/02/2021 355lbs
22/02/2021 351.6lbs

Total Weightloss: -12.4lbs

Another 3.4lbs  :woohoo:

Looks like the combo is still going strong! I think IF has been a big part of driving fat loss during this whilst not hindering my muscle progression, but obviously the loss is mostly driven by my deficit  :tu:

Yesterday was hectic  :ahhh

Day 23

Didn't get to exercise today, lots of stuff to do and writing to get done, but stayed within my limits and pushed my fast an extra couple hours

Day 24

Today was biceps, the cats going nuts at hearing a cat fight outside cut my bike time short

Planning to have a chippy on Friday, so instead of just losing most of my allowance, I left 200 calories today to compensate and will probably leave off some more on Thursday too  :tu:

Most of the weight we lose leaves our bodies through breathing, in the form of C02 and water.  Krazy.  :afro:

Day 25

Shoulders today (man I hate lateral raises) but felt like I pushed myself the perfect amount  :tu:

Looking forward to a giant chippy dinner tomorrow though

Day 27

Today was meant to be chest and triceps, but I fell asleep before I worked out  Well at least the curry I had was within my limits and I fasted for 16 hours  :woohoo:

Should I continue to day 30 with this or stick to the calendar month of 28?

This is a non-tool challenge, so there is no issue with it overlapping with tool challenges. I did this along with the EDC challenge. So you can go full 30 for this.

Day 28

Game day means no work out, but a 16 1/2 hour fast and 388 calories under my restriction, hopefully it all reflects on the scales tomorrow  :tu:

Another pound down, I'm going to assume water weight or something since I've kept to my restriction, over-fasted and still worked out

Total Weightloss: -15lbs

That's a better reading  Last night was biceps and back with a little  (5 minutes) of stationary bike thrown in.

That's the end of the official challenge, although the weightloss effort will continue for me for likely over a year. One of my aims was to not lose weight too quickly (loose skin is something I really want to avoid) and build a sustainable lifestyle. Intermittent Fasting, combined with weight training and a reasonable everyday calorie restriction I think is a sustainable lifestyle to continue onwards with. I'm pretty pleased with the 15lbs so far, and I believe I'm on course to hit 100lbs lost in October/November time. Thanks for all the encouragement all, I'll still check in here with progress now and then  :tu:

Is there a way to see what badges you've requested? I thought I requested this one, but to be honest I'm not sure if I did now
