Not sure where I’ve left the evo grip, so I used the Fly Fisher to screw the face plate back on

Day 27: I don't own a Wenger watch, and my Granddad says he never had a Wenger watch and has no idea where he got the box. Had it since I was a kid. I used it for my old OC Pioneer that was my great-Granddad's for many years; before moving it to proper SAK storage. Past 5-6 years, however, it's stored my Victorinox Garrison.

I also store my Vic case opener (I hope to find a Rodania watch to display it beside) case opener in there, despite the Garrison being screw-back. I think I may need to have it serviced under warranty. The date had been off by only about a day, but for some reason, it's now three off. I set it again tonight (I know, not supposed to set them in the PM hours), but I don't think that will fix it. I bought the watch used, and don't know what history it had or how much abuse it had taken before. I do know that whoever had it before me had wrists bigger than my ankle, as I had to punch extra holes BEHIND the existing ones to be able to wear it, and I usually come up in the middle holes of most common watchbands.  That cheap band broke and I replaced it with a black with green stitching Maratac Zulu.

Day 28
October 28

On standby to run some errands outside after we have our lunch.  Hoping to have the kids vaccinated over the weekend (yeah, it’s only now that they’re rolling out 12-17 yr old vaccinations here) so I’ll need to do some paperwork to register them.

Need to be mobile and light on the pockets so I’m bringing ‘the basics’ with scissors.

Tell me more about that clock.
I’m into unusual clocks, mostly Nixie tubes and also have a home recording studio so when I saw it on Kickstarter knew it’d fit right in…here’s a link

Day 28

Used the SI for some sellotape chopping duties whilst wrapping presents for my better half whilst she’s out at the shops! The main blade got a bit gungy, but soon removed with some lighter fluid - the tape I have at the moment simply doesn’t break on the dispenser jaw, so scissors or a blade are required to cut it….

I'm back in the UK. I've had zero sleep thanks to my mate booking a daft o'clock flight this morning. So I took a photo on the train home before I collapse and forget.

Day 27 (catch up post)

Sorry for the belated posting, carzy busy yesterday and this is the catch up post.

This is the Wenger Dynasty series Lancelot, basically is a 7 layers Monarch with metal scale and artwork.  In terms of tool set, it's quite similar to the Champion Plus in the Vic camp.

Day 28

If I remember correctly, United woods is one of the last 'series' collections offered by Wenger before it switch hand to Victorinox in 2013.  The five different models have wood scales coming from 5 different continents, hence the name United Woods.

Day 25/30

Classic rock metal.
I have heard that Kobe beef came from cow that listens to music and drink beer, I have a feeling this Wenger may also like to drink beer too!

Mmmm delicious

Years of joining challenges, I have never seen a group of challengers as bold as this group.  Interesting taste!

Delemont GAW Pt2

Think this is the final list of challengers entered for the GAW as a few have dropped out of the challenge or asked not to be included, please let me know if I've missed you :dunno:
Will do the draw before the end of the challenge

Thanks again everyone for making this such a good one  :tu:  :salute:
Been some awesome Delemonts, uses, pics and banter throughout....who'd have thought Vegemite would usurp bacon as the most mentioned foodstuff
