Just thought I would mention this.
Just before xmas I ordered a couple of bits from Victorinox. Nothing major and I was quite willing and expecting it to take a while to arrive.
Last week checked online and it said package had arrived. Checked and nothing had coem for me so I emailed Victorinox who replied saying that there had been issues in transit and the parcel had not got further then Germany and had then been returned (I am in the UK).
I called them to see what the issue had been, the women on the phone was very helpful but was unable to see why it had been returned. She assured me I would recive a full refund (this came through in less then 5 working days) and also give me a code for 10% discount when I next shop with them.
I really appreciated this as the delivery was effected by circumstances beyond their control, looking at the tracking history it was posted in Dec but got to Germany in Jan so I suspect that the issues where likely to do with the changes around Brexit

Ps they also pointed out that for ordering it might be easier for me to place orders over the phone with the shop in london
