Day 1:
MCipollini pen. This is really a normal metal frame cartridge pen with supposedly a carbon fibre insert in lower part of the frame. I think these were/are only available in US. Took me some searching to locate one. Being s Super-Mario fan and not willing to shed the money needed for a Cipollini bike (also, they are not really meant for old powerlifter type of bodies) this was more obtainable  and in reality sees more use than say, a Bond would

Don Pablo, if you don't mind me asking, is the pen's refill a blue medium or fine?

Fine blue. :tu:
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Alright, I'll order them then; I'm unable to find them locally, and was unsure as to how good they'd perform but by the looks of your example I think they'll be good. Thanks, Don Pablo.  :tu:

Day 2 of 30, March 2, 2021 AD.

Here is the sharpie I usually use to write the price tags for my knives. I'm thankful the ink dries almost instantly for minimal smudging.

I'm typically rather minimalist with my pens.

They were the only local alternative to the stock medium black refill, which I didn't like because it tended to blob. So that's why I got fine blue, which hasn't blobbed for me. :salute:

Day 2:30

The Lamy for the school, and the Zebra for the clinic. The Zebra is a modified V301 to be pocket friendly (shorter barrel) and to use international short cartridges. This one is inked with Polar Blue.

Day 2:
Schrade Tactical Pen performing work-out documentation duties. As tactical pens go this is of the heavy lifter variety. Quite hefty, plus comes with a whistle and ferro rod, so has a survival twist as well. Also it has a weird wrong hand twist for getting the said tod out. Dunno why, but seems a bit dumb to me :(

The pen is a cheapo giveaway I’ve had for ages and like it for obvious reasons. Any place named after the Duke is a decent place methinks ;)

Day 3

I've given up with the clear out, it's a bigger job than planned and I'm making life worse for myself. No real work to do, so the Signature Lite is just keeping an eye on the Work Champ for 111 Wednesday.

Yes, that's my inventory number for that knife.  :D I tend to test-drive a lot of them before I sell them.

While we're on the subject of pens. I buy a lot of used knives. So far I have never yet gotten one of the Victorinox pens that was out of ink or otherwise not working. Every one I've ever received, even in roughed up knives, all worked.

Mine's on the same pen as it was 21 years ago. Yeah, it's not had massive amounts of use and it has spent quite a bit of time sat untouched, but any other similar pen would have given up the ghost long before now...
