I bought a ammo carrier for my rifle, and it's the typical lace up affair but using flat paracord.  The paracord and the design of the carrier made it really difficult to get the paracord through it.  I speared one end of paracord with an awl an managed to get it through.  Then, like a bolt of lightning an idea came to me...I needed a hook!  But where would I find one...of course, right next to the awl.  :facepalm:  The hook came through!  :rofl:
