PowerPlay phillips driver?

So I LOVE the phillips drivers on my other SOG multitools. I have the PowerAccess, Power Pint, and Switchplier and they all have great screwdrivers. But the driver on my PowerPlay cams out of every screw it comes across. I've even tried filing it to make it better, with only limited success.  Is this a common thing for the PowerPlay? Or did I get a dud?
