Today went back to the little farm shop to buy some more meat, as we enjoyed what we bought yesterday  :salute:

Pork chops getting ready for the grill, here, too.

I'd be visiting that little market 7 days a week. They'd know me by name in no time!

Day 59

Today I loaned the tweezers and magnifying glass to a hunting buddy for thorn removal. Small screwdriver removed a stubborn rubber cap from a charging port. I won't bore you with description of the large blade duties.

Day 28 of 30 (Stack Challenge)

Used the small blade to open a new bag of bird food. Though the squirrels get more of it than the birds.

Day 60/60
I guess this is it then.
I've planned to take the recovery day tomorrow  :D

As much as I'm looking forward to a different carry, after 60 days with the migthy Swiss Champ, I did enjoy it very much.
The Swiss Champ is like a good old friend to me.

As for the verdict I'd like to refer to my comments posted 3 days earlier...

Well done everyone, you're certainly troopers for going with those beasts for 60 days!

Though I now have to ask, how many of you would want a Huntsman with a scaler instead of the saw now?  :pommel:

Day 60:
Dynamic duo bowing out, for now:

Obviously all tasks were handled by this duo.
My only gripe is that I’m missing my other SAKs, in that sense 60 days is quite long.
In any case: a challenge most fun!
Thank you all!

Day 60

Opening a package with the small blade today. I noticed that Walmart has lots of victorinox products on their website. Like my buddy from rural Missouri says, "if you can't get it at Walmart, you probably don't need it"

:hatsoff: We joked about traveling the 220km to this little shop once a month to get our month's meat shopping. They do a 'hind' special of 14kg of beef (2kg rump, 2kg sirloin, 2kg mince, etc) for R1,499 ($100) which is about 1/2 the cost of our local butcher. Just a little bit too far for a monthly shop...  :D

Day 60 of 60

Last day with SwissChamp and used blade to open portable battery pack package. Also toothpick was used today.
I can say now that this challenge is over that SwissChamp is good to carry since it can do allmost anything but mostly i need awl, scissors or blade so carrying SC is bit overkill.
