It begs a question though. Is the Mr Crunch that much better

If I’d been able to get the Mr Crunch for retail price, I would be happy saying it feels twice as nice as the Dual Force and would be carried twice as often.
At the prices I paid, the Gerber is an interesting tool, basically an occasional carry or glove box spare. I agree with others about the less than brilliant file, but I do like the screwdriver and pliers.
Mr Crunch is obviously more of a collectible, although I would use the blunt jaws more often and would love them on a production Leatherman. Big fan of the Free series tools.
For anyone not familiar with the size difference, the Dual Force jaws open
much wider than most multitools, and there’s plenty of leverage from the longer handles.
