Word (at work anyway )
What are the odds of any particular SAK tool breaking on a given day and leaving you tool-less for that particular job?
Bring up another interesting query: what about carrying two full sized SAKS to complement their different/respective toolsets? What combinations would that be and why?
Interesting looking inset - what’s the significance of it, Kamakiri? A company logo?
I tried to pick complementary tool sets, but also important was having a “clean” knife and a “dirty” knife.
Batman
Ah, thanks Kamakiri - hadn’t realised they’d made knives for those franchises!
Lately, I’m always carrying a Alox Classic on my keys and a Alox Bantam in my wallet.
Part time heavy carry is understandable for a back of your age, I mean, well it's out there now
This is the advanced strategy here I don't usually carry two on me, but I will often have a second one either in a backpack or vehicle. Usually it's one in my pocket that I intend to use, and one in the bag/vehicle that's bigger but less likely to be needed. For example:- Woodsman and SwissTool Spirit X- Farmer X and SwissChampOther times I have a small 58mm or 74mm to pair with a larger model to get the nail file and scissors. It's so easy to keep a Classic SD Alox or Bantam Alox in a wallet or jacket pocket so it's always there.
Wayne Industries
I was thinking the Compact might work but it doesn't have a nail file.
I'll have to get me a blue Alox carrier!
missed out on a second blue Alox Bantam.
