Mr. P - when using the 005, do you notice a reduction in aerodynamic drag from the speed holes in the frame?   By my calculations, your reciprocating speed should increase by 20%.

I think we should see a demo draw from holster like the 6 shooter fast draw competitions  :ahhh

I got an email from LM today asking what I would like to see in future Garage releases. I was thinking about  maybe a Surge.  I’m welcoming ideas before I send it to them in a couple of days.

User changeable tools should be number 1.

On Garage releases that might woumd work but not on real markets. Are tools gonna be removable like bits or any difference like now. Basicly all tools has allready now changeable tools. If ot gonna be like bits then there is way too big risk losing tools, breaking of holders aäsince ppl now break tools by using tools wrong like using flathead as prybar ( too much force) and etc...

I really like too see on these Garage releases new materials using on tools and tool itself and maybe something like Crunch style locking pliers desings. Stubby pliers like on MR. Crunch, new OHT desings higher quality materials.

I’d really like the GOAT style changable tools.

Those that want the can opener can then have it, those that don’t can replace it with something else.

It makes cleaning the tool easier.

You can replace tools that break rather. Than the whole tool.

That would be pretty funny if the 007 was a regular Surge - for $300.

007 clearly needs to be an updated bond with modern pliers, lock picks, pen and lighter. No idea how to fit all that but that’s Leatherman’s job not mine.

They've run out of ideas already?

Tell them for me: Surge with a knife, scissors, blade holder, and integral bit extender (think Cybertool).  Find a way to store a few bits between the main tools, and maybe add an awl.
