As RP and kkokkolis have pointed out, Boker MTs are rebranded Chinese MTs with inflated price tags.

The MTs themselves are decent in overall quality.

You see a lot of advertising SAKs--are there any extant advertising Smurfpills?  I know Pfizer had put some out years ago before the feds banned pharmaceutical gifts over a certain value.

I haven't come across one yet. Most of the pharma ad knives went away in 2008 with the introduction of the updated PhRMA "Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals" whereby drug manufacturers voluntarily stopped giving away items such as coffee mugs, pens, note pads, knives, etc to people in heathcare.
