My Suspension NXT QC Speculation gone wrong

Hi there,

This is my ventilation post about the Suspension NXT QC issues. I speculated maybe the early production runs had lots of issues, what could happen with a proven design in 2023? I expected solid tool from Gerber.  And guess what. My NXT was even worse than the previous Truss. After unboxing it felt apart due to a defective handle.

I called the dealer they arranged the replacement asap, but my trust in Gerber is damaged. I don’t know maybe put the thing on sale immediately after receiving the new piece. My speculation was wrong after all, they haven’t done any improvements on the Suspension NXT during the years?!
