Spent the day 20ft up on a lift changing ballasts. Snipped a few wires with the Spirit, but didn’t get a pic. Not taking a chance that high up.
Or jump in now... the Challenge is still young!
This shows just how many tools the Spirit has given its size. It's amazing!!!!
Nice shot! TBH, not sure I have seen this pose in the past.
12 year old girl and a wife with a ruptured kidney. Gonna have to sit this one out.
Day 10(Image removed from quote.)
I have used my Wave pliers to fix chain necklaces in the past. Haven’t tried the spirit. I needed the needle nose tip I imagine the spirits aren’t fine enough point.
I enjoy using the Champs Comis!
Day 9Had a project to apply lettering to record board. Required separating stencils of different blocks for application, tried using the Butterblade, but just had trouble cutting through the Mylar, and had to utilize my Wharncliffe blade to properly slice through the material and cut to proper width. Both resting on the cutting mat.. [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]
My Day 9 is very similar.I love the chisel tool works very well for opening boxes and there is no worry about cutting through what is inside.(Image removed from quote.)
Day 10: Tried the chisel tool for opening bags of water softener salt. It worked great!!
Day 8Sliced some pickle off a spear to put on my burger.(Image removed from quote.)
Without a doubt the chisel tool is definitely well loved for opening packages and the like here, which got me thinking--maybe I haven't tried using the awl enough of times for package opening, it is not the same, but gotta be way better than all the clean up on blades afterwards.
