I think I may have found my ideal watch. Since I bought this guy, this is the only watch I have been wearing. Meet the the Garmin Instinct Solar in lichen camo.

The best part, no touch screen. The watch is always on. The solar part means recharging this watch maybe once a month...if that. The cell phone app is rather good, and it is feature rich. Thinking seriously of buying another down the road.

I have a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro.

Its great, use it for everything, walking swimming and telling the time (who would have thought)
Took me a few weeks to get the hang of it, but with all my apps I get a full 8 days out of a charge.
I prefer the simpler face for work, but data heavy faces are great for other things.

The mapping is mad and the vibrations telling me which way to go are excellent.
