Day 18: At work. No uses so just a vanity picture!
Day 18Two beasts sisde by side
Nice pics everyone. What is the name of that other Multitool Vicman?
Found it! Gerber Multi-lite, nice little tool.
Looking great everyone!
I wonder how many people read this, then immediately went to ebay, and were then shocked to find out the sticker price! Just a wild guess, I surely did not do that.....
Day 18I had purchased a Gerber MP400 that had a broken blade. I sent the photo of it to Gerber and they approved a replacement. Not sure why folks don't bother themselves with turning the product in for warranty. So the replacement is here! Used the blade of the MP600 to open the package.
Nice combo Spartan!
Thanks Vicman!

Used the blade of the MP600 to open the package. Looks a little dirty, but it is just oil residue.Edit: Added a photo of the broken and new. Seems they no longer have the hollow elongated nail nick in the new one.
You are welcome FB! That is a great before and after picture!
I agree with Vicman, and with you too Lisa. Gerber has a great and very speedy (at least in the US) warranty service!
Question, did Gerber repair the broken MP400 blade, or did they send you a new replacement tool?It appears you have two tools in the picture.
I sent them the photo of the broken one, and they sent me the new one. They did ask me to hold onto the broken one until they determine what to do.I suppose it could have been possible for them to have asked me to send it in, which they didn't.
Day 18No use today.
DAY 18Here is the MP600 Blunt Nose with another Gerber Multitool.Click on pictures for full picture.
If only Fiskars/Gerber would put that awl in the MP series ...
