Another Hobo badge request.
on: March 02, 2024, 09:34:28 PM
It's been looking like pizza was a requirement for the Hobo badge lately, so when the Boss Lady brought home a Red Baron I thought I'd join in.
Could have looked for my old Japanese model or the Coleman Hobos but I figured I try out my Campmore 5 in 1.

Did good on the pizza too even with the thick brick oven crust.

Good to see you following the current procedure guidelines.  Looks like a pretty good tool to me.  How well does the can-opener work?  Nice photo, too.  I can always tell a Pit post by the little frame to the photos.  Best wishes and welcome to the hobo camp.  Pull up a rock to sit on.  Don't kick over the bottle.  Best wishes.  G

Thanks all.

Haven't even tried out the can opener yet, Gary , but it looks to be alright.  About on par with the Coleman Hobos.

Your pizza idea is a hit Gary.

That's a nice one Pit.

My wife liked mine so much she tried to claim it.  Then my son got a kick out of it.  I might have to "procure" more fine examples of hobo knives.  This is how I get "approval" for future purchases.

I have a couple of the Coleman Hobos and keep 1 in my car.   Got the Campmore off of AliExpress for around $5.00, which I think was a good deal.  Snaps together really tight unlike one of my Colemans.

Sweet looking Hobo.  Red Baron is one of my favorites for frozen pizza, especially their French Bread pizza.

We've become quite fond of the Red Baron pizzas.  We like the rising crust.  Tried the brick oven pizza and both of us weren't impressed.
