WTT SAK 111mm One Handed Sentinel Serrated blade

Hi,  I am looking to trade a New in the Unopened Box, Victorinox 111mm One Handed opening Sentinel w/ Serrated Blade, Black Scales (discontinued).  Value approx $40
I have 2 and one is opened so that is where the detail pics came from.   

1st Choice is for a Black-Oxide Sentinel Clip (0.8416.M3)  and willing to pay extra or outright w/ no trade for it.
2nd Choice is for a Sentinel Clip New in Box, opened ok, but unused.  Straight across, Color of scales not important.
