Anchor C S V logo on scales

Hi, guys!
I have an older Victorinox knife, I think from around eighties.  On the scales is a discoloured stamped in sign, an anchor vith letters C S, or C S V.  I have searched on internet, also with Google picture search, with no results. Perhaps one of you, smart guys, recognise it?

  No scale tools or keyring nub.  Victorinox Standard?  I lost most of my reference material when my computer rolled over and died.  I'm sure there was nothing with the anchor.  Best wishes.  G

Based on the position, I'm going to guess that's an advertizing/custom marking for another company, not anything from Vic.
