It's not a dumb question. Norway is NOT a part of EU, we have in fact said no too be a member 2 times and over half of the population is against EU. So.....You need the little green sticker and mark it as a gift.

Actually, on that subject - Norway should do what the UK have done. Just be part of the EU for the bits that suit you

We still have our own currency, border controls etc - but we get to cream off some EU money for building new roads to help us ignore the EU pollution targets
