Zermatt Pouch For Swiss Tool
on: December 22, 2025, 04:18:29 PM
Hi all,

Does anyone know if the XL size of the Zermatt leather pouch will work for the Swiss Tool (the regular version, not the Spirit)?

Thanks!

Zermatt Extra Large Fits, Craftsman, Huntsman Lite, Voyager Lite, Handyman, Ranger, and SwissChamp,, all 91mm, (3-1/2) but Swiss-tools are 4-1/2, so I’m going to say no, but I’m sure someone on here’s tried it,, welcome aboard,,

Thanks! I did see that descriptions as well...hoping I can maybe squeeze it in. If it doesn't fit, I have to look for a good quality sheath for mine. The nylon sheaths are OK, but a nice heavy duty leather one would be nice.

The large, leather box sheaths from a Leatherman ST300 or from a SOG PowerLock will fit. I checked.  The SOG sheath was very loose, so room for accessories if you have them.

So true! Ain’t nothing like the perfect leather sheath, back in the day I liked a combo flashlight/multitool sheath, yet after switching flashlights, the sheath I had wouldn’t fit the larger flashlight so I ended up making my own to make it work,,

I used a Super Tool 300 leather sheath to duty carry my Swiss Tool RS.  It worked great.

Thanks all! Sounds like a Leatherman leather sheath would work.
