What's yer white whale matey?
on: March 06, 2009, 05:20:08 AM

Well? Answer up ya landlubbers! Everyone has one, whether ya care to admit it or not. That elusive white whale that haunts yer every dream, constantly avoiding capture. It tantalizes a body, sometimes gettin almost within reach, only to slip away again like a ghost. Worst of all, when you finally do land the devil, the glory is only short lived. All too soon, another sharp and shiny devil creeps into your head to take its place. It's a curse we all must bear, and the only thing that will ease your sufferin' is to spill your guts amongst the crew. So what is it maties? What is that object of your desires, the one that you would give your very soul for at the moment?

Al Mar 4x4...

Followed by the rest if the Al Mar models.  I had the chance to get a 4x4 some time ago and I passed it up thinking $80 was too much.   :bnghd:

Spyderco Kumo, definitely. Don't know what the hell I'd do with one, but I want it.

As far as multis go, it's probably a standard Swisstool. Wouldn't be too hard to get one, but I filled out my quota of justifiable multi purchases... alas, it is not meant to be.

I didn't really understand the gourmet comment you had made. That price isn't what I'm asking, it's what I paid for it. Now that they are discontinued, I have no idea what they may be worth.

Oh. By "gourmet" I meant you have an excellent taste. The knives you're selling are either A. Highest quality survival knives, or B. My white whale.

A Kumo is worth 300 USD flat.
