Im thinking of a quite similar mod. Did you grind the cutter head down to fit it in? Most plierheads are to thick to be used in a multitool... grinding them down should work but i dont want to screw the temper.
Im currently thinking of replacing the skeletools head...

Yep, lots of grinding involved. The cutter head thickness had to be reduced by over a third in this case.

Fair enough, but the tool in that pic has obviously been Photoshopped. The shadows are completely incorrect for the light sources visible in the photo. 

To be honest, I do feel quite guilty for teasing you since you did such an incredible job and this is likely the most incredible multitool mod to ever grace our forum.

Why oh why didn't you just post this photo in the first place?

You sure do since we still haven't actually seen a photo of it fully closed. If the handle flappers are the only thing preventing you from closing it the whole way, why don't you just remove them and finally post a proper pic?
