Got the shipping confirmation today. Taken a little while but I'm really looking forward to this showing up.

this is a gigantic piece that feels like a rock in the hand.

[simpsons comic book guy voice] biggest understatement ever [simpsons comic book guy voice] :D

So this arrived today and it is monstrous. I dropped it and the earth changed its rotation. The act of mailing it to the southern hemisphere will chance the tides.

Seriously though, Its massive and overbuilt and I really like it. Longer term review to follow.

It is huge isn't it?  I also thought it was gorgeous too- and it feels like you could use it to extricate someone from a Sherman tank if need be!  If Multitool.org had a bigger budget I'd be all over one of those in a heartbeat.

It's way to big to edc.

Don't even bother buying a mil-tac, they're rebadged Fox's, and the Fox's are way less expensive.

Yeah I don't plan to. Going to be with my fire gear.

Too late! Couldn't find the Fox version here so got the Mil-tac. Impulse buy.

Otherwise, have got a sheath made for it.http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,20399.0.html

Nice, so when you go cut someone out from wreck, he won't even need any anesthetics later since he'll just faint after seeing that massive blade going near his skin!  :D
