good idea leatherman =)
Looks TSA passable(Image removed from quote.)
I wouldn't count on that- the TSA agents have the authority to judge what's a weapon and what isn't. Even if this passes official legislation, I wouldn't put it past individual agents to go "above and beyond" and citing regulations is only likely to worsen the situation. While I know many of us prefer to be prepared at all times, I also think if you can't go a few hours without a nail file, you probably shouldn't even consider flying an option when traveling.Def

I cut off the knife on an old Micra and have carried it through TSA successfully every time I tried it. I did have one TSA agent try to take it but I asked for her supervisor and politely pointed out it met their guidelines. He let it go.

I may be wrong but I refuse to allow the individual TSA agents to exert authority they really don't have by law. I won't be belligerent but I will and have sent complaints to their supervisors. I work for the federal government and know that one complaint won't matter but many will. One suggestion that seems to work for me is to show them the tool up front and let them hand inspect it. It seems to make a difference and several agents have thanked me for doing that. The only reason I would carry this over a PS4 is in a knife restricted environment and for me that's almost always an airport.
I think it would be a good match with a Rally with the pen/light scales. Not much redundancy, and you get the much better SAK blade and phillips driver.

Looks like a neat little tool. I have a Style CS and it looks like this one also has the torx bolts holding it together. Anyone have any experience modding a CS? I'd like to get one of these PS's, take the file out, move the scissors to where the file was, and put the blade from the CS where the scissors are on the PS.

From Leatherman:PRODUCT UPDATE :: Many of you have been asking when the Style PS would be available. It will be up on our site by 7/5 and you will be able to buy using the "Buy Now" feature on the page. While it is not TSA "approved" (nothing can be save a couple locks) it follows ALLLL their rules for carry-on travel: http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm#4
