The great thing about using a pack of cards is that unpicked cards can simply be removed from the pack before shuffling.
I'll let this run until Friday, if the last two places haven't been picked before then.

There were some errors, cards already picked that didn't appear taken. I sorted out the entries last week. Read the previous posts. I haven't had much web access this week, that's why this list is SO WRONG!!! Alignment, names, spacing...
