Ok, I understand now and it could have previously been a dealer item but they have been available for a while. Good that they are in the catalog now. Thank you!

For me as an Alox fan this is interesting....

Pioneer in black without engraving panel.

I didn't know this is a "standard"!

Crap.  All of these are ones I want badly--namely the Fireman, Locksmith, and Atlas. Also looks like another 111mm favorite of mine--the Sentinel Plus is also retired.  Hopefully, they are kept in the Euro market.  What troubles me the most is my favorite model, the Craftsman is retired.  I had long been planning on getting a current production model to upgrade from my used $16 1987-1990 one.

At least the Walker is now offered in the US.  Given its low price, I plan to get multiples to stash in various places--as most of the time when I'm out in the field all I need is a blade and a saw.

I like some of the swisschamp sheaths like this one, (4.0481.1),

Why aren't they available in the states I wonder? Seems to have been out a few years elsewhere.

I'm guessing this is the US version of the catalog. There aren't any ALOX Harvesters, Bantams, Solos, ... which are still standard offerings in Europe and Asia as far as I know. And this also applies to the 111mm models missing from the catalog.

As of a few minutes ago when I checked, there still isn't an EU 2016 version of the Vic catalog available.

I've been wondering if Victorinox will phase out of the slide lock; with liner lock models to be expanded in 2017.

Yet this looks more like most 111mm models losing out to the higher profile RescueTool. Could do with a non serrated RescueTool to cater for where the old Dual Pro X was...

The arrangement of the 111mm models in this catalogue is maddening, too... what were they thinking!? :)

LOL..I like the Evos.

To be honest, I have a ST17 and I like its scales, probably due to the rubber-y material over the cellidor scales. Wood I have not handled.

Plain cellidor Evo and Ranger Evo scales drive me mad though  :bnghd: (not ergonomic at all IMO)
