I hope it arrives before Skywalker's ship lands.  Lord Vader is not as forgiving as I am....

Eaglette I has landed, and is equally as awesome. o.o

(Image removed from quote.)

In the first package, that customs took longer with, for whatever reason (:D), there is a Varde norsk design camping knife/kit, which is a multiple-piece tool.  It includes a neat fork and spoon that slide into the scales of a lockback knife, which is further equipped with a corkscrew and a combination older-style can opener and bottle opener.  The sheath incorporates an interesting metal hook, I presume for ALICE packs(?), in addition to a traditional loop-style belt loop.

Between the camp kit and card lies a HUGSBY-brand XP-1 AAA flashlight, which I have already tested and seems to enjoy my preferred Lithium batteries, so definite score there.

And last but not least, is a HH-specific variant of the Boker Plus TechTool 1, which is awesome as anything.  I love the red scales and the glassbreaker tip is a nice touch, too.  I find it interesting that the blade tang reads 12C27, which I thought was the same steel used in the Kershaw Skyline, and several Mora knives; I would've thought it would use, say 7 or 8Cr-something another.  I think I know which knife will be seeing pocket time this weekend, should I go out. :D

Again, a massive thank you to Gaute/Grathr.  He claims to have had a difficult time figuring out what to send me, but damn, he was spot on.  So a Merry Christmas to my Secret Santa comrade, and a massive :salute: and  to him, too.  :woohoo:

AWESOME!  8) :multi: :like:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

I'm waiting on the 2nd part that was noted in the first part of mine (Def's regift) to assemble the carbonite chamber  :ahhh
You can assemble your carbonite chamber, the next package doesn't contain LEGO's, and may yet be a while, since it's coming from the States (and I just shipped it today!)

I was thinking photos of the whole thing might be better as a group, I haven't had a chance to even look at the box even though it's sitting on my desk!

Thanks for the heads up on part 2

Here is my gift from The Peacent.  The centerpiece is the old school, Cold Steel serrated Vaquero.  I own a number of the XL Cold Steel knives, and this is my first Vaquero.  I love that is one of the original models, and it comes with a sheath. It has already jumped in my pocket.  He also sent several unique folders from Spanish maker Pallares Solsona - which celebrates its 100th anniversary next year -  with lots of character and style, as well as a beefy MT.  Also a Spanish Aitor brand fixed blade with sheath and sharpening stone, and a small figurine which I am pretty sure gives me magical powers.  These are wonderful gifts, and I feel very blessed to have been a part of this.   Thank you The Peacent and MTO!

I'm really glad you liked those! II tried to find weird and rare stuff you most likely haven't had the chance to try (and man, was it difficult!  :D)
The best and oddest thing is most likely the Japanese figure, original from there, that is known as a "Daruma", now you have some research to do PN!

I hope your Daruma doll stays there for long and serves its purpose, while helping to remeber this awesome place (MTO, thanks!) and mates we got here   :salute:

I really liked yours too!

My first orange SAK, my first true Alox and a great classic to carry all day long. Be sure I will!
Looks so nice, it'll be my gentleman's this Christmas on family meetings and Christmas Eve   :tu:

You also know I love Gerbers, and the mora is going for kitchen, food prep and cooking duties these holidays!
