Action shot from this morning.  No it's not a close up, but it shows my new Seved EDC knife in its intended environment.  ;)

What's the second one? It reminds me of the Gunny?

Zed, how do those compare to Mora or Marttiini?  They're nice looking knives.

These are fantastic mate for the price, cheaper than mora, i paid around £15 for both of these, the HVK is a really solid knife with a 3mm thick blade , its a all round more larger version of the HK but blade lengh the same , as for comparison ive not had a mora or a marttini as these are my 1st bushcraft knives, i hope to test them out this year, the revies are good on these but most seem to prefer the orange handled HK for all round use and the HVK for heavy duty work,  :tu:

I've only handled one of the green HVK for a little while before giving it to a friend, but I would say it's very much on a par with Mora. :tu:  If I needed yet another scandi knife I would have no problem with getting myself one of these. :)

Right the orange one is the slimmer version HVK
Green one is the much beffier GK,

the GK is very chunky and would not be for everyone, it fits ok in my fat hands though and has a solid feel, the blade is 3mm thick and feel like you could pry a door open with it  :D the blade is very sharp and nicely made, its carbon steel,
the HVK is a more bushcraft sized knife, and fits much nicer in the hand, blade length the same but a thinner 2.5mm thick,  both blades are 3 5/8 long the HVK has a 4 and a half inch grip and the GK has a longer 5inch grip,

i will get a mora in the end to compare them but i think it will be the HVK i use the most and the GK for harder work ,

I've found sellers for those knives in the UK and in Canada, but none in the US.
