Unusual multitool---not really sure--interesting

OK, so here is something I have never seen before. I buy from this seller fairly often and have had no problems other than high shipping costs when buying multiple items.

That wrench if usable would be very handy!

That wrench head is a copy of an old turn-of-the-last-century wrench. It works kind of like a pipe wrench, whereas the harder you turn it the tighter it bites down.

I've got one of these tools, although it isn't marked Avenger. Quality isn't horrible.
