Show us your titanium gear and gadgets!!!
on: April 07, 2009, 10:07:33 PM
Everyone knows by now that I'm a titanium junkie!  :D  I would like to see what other gear and gadgets members here carry or collect. If it's titanium or has titanium in it, then post it here.

Here is a piece that I just got today. I bought it on another forum. It started life as a "Skull Crusher" called a "Mean Bean", but I decided to make it a simple necklace. It's made of solid titanium and it's actually scrap for another project the maker of the "Mean Bean" makes. I like it!!  :tu:

According to Peter's packaging, it's a "Flat Titanium Keyton". Most of the bronze colouring has worn off since that photo was taken though, as I've had it on my key chain.

As an aside. the G4 Prybaby is possibly my most used tool nowadays though. I just used it to dismantle a SOG PPP actually!

Oops, I always call the flat Keyton's thin.  :D  How do you like the size of the G4 Prybaby? I'm undecided on that one.

Perfect for me. Any smaller and it wouldn't be as usable, any bigger and it would be cumbersome to carry in my suit pocket. It cost me a lot, but it's been money well spent as it's made my life so much easier.

I'd quite like to try one of the other Prybaby models to compare and as a backup in case I ever lost this one, but it's hard to justify spending that much for a backup tool - even if you can find one!

Of course, what I'd really like is a MSOPT - those things look great :)

My GF has always said to me that my head is made out of titanium and cement (implying that I'm slightly thickheaded/stubborn). Write me down for that. :D

Oh and a couple of Charges... ::)

Oh, I've got a Ti Cross pen somewhere, but can't find it anywhere. I think I might have left it at a client site or something - it had huge sentimental value too :(

My hoard , the pen is by Tom Anderson , a pair of Ti chopsticks , a tad gear Ti Spork ( folding , with pocket clip ) . I would really love a McGizmo Ti PD S , or Luna Sol , just that aprox 5-600 bucks is too rich for my blood .
