i am ina third world country and need help in choosing a tool

 :oops:sorry for starting my first thread so badly! Greetings from trinidad, west indies.  My question is should i buy the delta 16 inch scroll saw or the 16 inch skil, ill realy love to know from somone with experience, thanks!!!!
