Thst reminds me that I haven't seen our other Finnish friend PSG on for a long time. Probably busy with his kid/family. (Hope you are well if reading this).

So I've been using this small modified MT as an always on me tool with integrated house key and it has these weird gaps where there used to be some kind of plastic grip.

I decided to make use of the space by designing an LM bit holder. Here is the first prototype. Maybe something else on the other side... A whistle like on the signal or something?

I went in a different direction today.  Ruff Rida that I carried during a challenge.  Springs are really robust and the knife is pretty heavy.  I noticed a while back that the emblem had fallen out.  Not much chance of finding that.  I looked in the cabinet and saw a small silver thing.  That was the handle emblem.  Just a tiny dab of glue had been holding it on.  I cleaned out the mortise with a screwdriver and put in a proper sized gob of epoxy.  No problem.
Best wishes.  Gary

I’m between jobs and mostly at home, doing a lot of projects around the house and garden. Because of this I have been supplementing my usual SAK- based carry with a pliers MT. Mostly my Rebar, which is fairly new.

The serrated blade is probably the most-used tool for me.

I was in a random thrift store in the big city that does thrift by lots. One had some cool old Computer company buttons and pins that I did buy, in the corner was a basket with slip joint sheaths for $3 each. Naturally I bought 10 of them. I always hated a slip joint at the bottom of a pocket, but this makes it so easy to carry for my preferences.

Nice carries!

I've been carrying my small plier based MT that's also my house key (I decided to have it hold 2 LM bits until I come up with anothwr idea) and the Flex companion for a long time now. The tools in the companion get switched around sometimes and I will carry bigger pliers from time to time as well but these two seem to be my core carry for now.
