Is that a couple of Del Tin swords I see in the middle?  Lovely stuff.  :tu:

A Del Tin and a Czech one of the same quality (we tested it in various fight).
Yes, they are what I used for re-enactment and ancient skirmish studies.

Er... Uhm... (fast, think FAST!)
the bar is part of my gym. I use it for pull-ups.

handcuffs... er... Some years ago I was in scotland, alone, walking in the dark.
suddenly, I heard I roar.
Something hit and scratched me, and all I can remember befor passing out is the thunder of a gunshot.

From that day on, I have to handcuff myself on full moon nights.

(ok, ok, the handcuffs are just a joke, kind of decoration. Used just one time -ok, maybe two :D-, they've proven very useful to prevent (what's the word? nosepicking?) neighbours to show themselves too often at my door. The third time in a week that the old woman from upstairs came to make me read some flyer, she came with her little nephew, that asked "what are those for?".
The old woman never showed again :D

Looks like we enjoy the same period as well.  Marozzo is one I don't know but I'm fairly well read on Di Grassi, Capo Ferro and have started work on Meyer.

Here's a shot of my C16th sword made by Paul Macdonald.

Isn't Capoferro a bit later? I don't know meyer, because we focus on centre-italian masters, starting from Fiore dei Liberi, then Manciolino, Vadi, and "anonimo Bolognese"...
I helped the transcription of a florentine sword master's teaching, long time lost in the darkness of the National Central Library of Firenze... Sandro Altoni.
Even, we study not only sword alone but also sword and buckler, sword and cape (yep!), sword and gauntlet, picca, azza, not only from renaissance bat also from roman history on.

(nice sword, i'd like to test it :D, we are still in search of the best artesans)

Yes Capoferro is a bit later, 1610? I think.  We also look at Vadi but it is one of the other instructors that teaches it so it's not my forte.

How about a Barong knife? They were supposed to slice through gun barrels; bet they'd do well with zombies, don't you think? :D

While I'd happily put my on it for Zombie killing (do you kill a Zombie or just de-animate it? ).  I think my money is very, very safe betting on the M-14's barrel vs barong.

Why do I keep thinking of Bruce Campbell?

Well ok. If Zombies were coming after me, I would use the bottom piece, A signature Castile from Valiant Armoury. The Hanwei Taza Spanish cup hilt rapier and Main Gauche wouldn't do a very effective job of lobbing limbs off. The middle piece is an old junker that has great sentimental value to me. I gave away all the other wall hangers and decided to focus on battle ready pieces.

Come to think of it, why should I settle for a long sharp iron blade? I do have my Longbow there as well..so I would pick that and the bottom piece. :)

Sorry, i couldn’t back up enough to get it all in.

A few of my zombie choppers/smashers :).  Unfortunately my nice katanas are safely locked away elsewhere at the moment, but I do have one of them with me currently.  Hope you all enjoy,  and yes that is a camo pig on the bottom shelf :).

Sorry about the picture quality - my proper camera is charging so I had to use the phone.
