Currently £4.99 with a broken knife tip - could be sent off for fixing?!

Would it? I guess the warranty is on the item, not on the original buyer. So if it was (maybe t was brutally abused) a warranty case, then I guess it does not matter who sends it in. They´d to fix it anyway.
The seller is stupid, imho. If he sent it in himself he might get much more money on Ebay

I love the bit about the tool being 'Faulty'  . Those pesky Leatherman blades that always snap . "Blade I thought it was a pry bar.........."
